Our policies are not just documents - they are working safeguards, regularly reviewed by experienced education HR consultants, legal professionals, and safeguarding advisors to remain fully aligned with national statutory guidance, including Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE), Working Together to Safeguard Children, and the Equality Act 2010.

  • Data Protection & Privacy Policy - We adhere strictly to UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. This includes lawful data processing, secure storage, and explicit data-sharing consents.
  • Safer Recruitment Policy - A comprehensive approach to vetting, referencing, and ongoing suitability. Includes disqualification checks, overseas checks, and confirmation of professional standing for teaching staff.
  • Health & Safety Statement - Supporting safe working practices and environments for all placements, with risk assessment guidance for SEND-specific settings.

All our current policies are made available to:

  • Partner schools (upon registration or request)
  • All educators during onboarding
  • Any interested party upon reasonable request

Policies are hosted on our secure document platform and updated versions are announced via email and within the candidate portal. Archived versions are retained for audit trails.
